Dr. Hamilton, a native of Ithaca, New York, did his residency at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and his adult reconstruction fellowship at the Anderson Clinic Postgraduate Fellowship in Alexandria, VA, where he currently practices.

He also completed the Insall Knee Society traveling fellowship in 2009. 

Dr. Hamilton is an active member in several local and national societies, including both the prestigious hip and knee societies.

Dr. Hamilton enjoys golf, travel and guitar, but spends most of his leisure time with his wife, Beth, and traveling with his three kids: two sons and a daughter. 

Dr. Hamilton is proud to be a team member of Operation Walk Virginia and has led several missions to Central and South America as well as participated annually in Operation Walk USA.
