Laura has been the Operation Walk Team Director since 2016 and a critical care nurse for 25 years. She joined the Operation Walk Virginia at its inception in 2008.

Dr. Hamilton has led several missions to Central and South America and is active in Operation Walk USA each year.

Since 2006, Dr. Kevin Fricka has served as an orthopedic surgeon at Anderson Orthopedic Clinic.

A board-certified total joint surgeon, Dr. Frank Congiusta has dedicated years of service to Operation Walk Virginia.

Vera is the PACU team leader and serves on the Board of Directors for Operation Walk VA.

Now the OR Team Lead for Operation Walk Virginia, Charles worked as a Surgical Technologist at INOVA Alexandria and Mount Vernon Hospital.

Connie Kohler joined the Operation Walk Virginia team in 2011 and completed her first medical mission trip to Nicaragua in 2012. She now serves as the Board President.

Jennifer has been a member of the Operation Walk Virginia Team since 2011 and has been on seven mission trips.

As a registered nurse with 30 years of experience, Anne has had the privilege to serve on nine missions with Operation Walk Virginia, providing pre- and post-operative care.

Ken is a Physical Therapist with 29 years of experience. His Operation Walk Virginia journey has included seven different trips to five countries.

Tricia has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. She has found incredible gratification in serving on the Operation Walk Virginia therapy team for three missions.

Jeanine Gargiulo began her volunteering journey with Operation Walk Virginia in 2010. Since then, she has taken on the role of PA team lead.

Rich has been a Physician Assistant for 16 years. His experiences with Operation Walk Virginia have included two trips to Panama and a trip to Cuba.

Holly Congiusta has been a dedicated volunteer for Operation Walk Virginia for the past decade, organizing and hosting fundraising events.

Melissa joined the Operation Walk Virginia team in 2011, completing her first mission trip to Nicaragua in 2012. She has been on four trips so far.
